Two-tier memory. Post-logs first, full transcripts on demand.
Every session writes two files: a TL;DR post-log and the full transcript. Agents read the post-log first; the full transcript opens only when needed. Same idea as L1/L2 cache — fast lookup at the top, deep dive only when the summary doesn't have enough.
